Description

The project is bid as two separate but concurrent Single Prime Contracts (Contract A and Contract B) with an option to award a Combined Contract. Completion schedules are critical, and Liquidated damages will be applied for late completion. Contract A is a Single Prime contract for portions of the Work related to construction of parking lots, street lighting, landscaping restoration, and related underground utility construction. Contract B is a Single Prime contract for portions of the Work related to construction of precast concrete visual screen walls, procurement and installation of specialty vegetated visual screen walls, landscaping, underground electrical power and feed points for exterior architectural lighting, and exterior architectural lighting.
