Vinyl Waterproof Flooring and Cove Base at Residential Cottages A and B Removal of the existing Flooring / Cove Base and Replace with a Vinyl Waterproof Flooring / Cove Base in the Residential Cottages A & B The Maintenance Department at Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents - Baltimore (RICA) Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is seeking the services of a vendor to provide New Commercial Grade, Vinyl Waterproof Flooring with Acoustic Backing and 4" Cove Base Molding in the Residential Cottage, Units A and B....Colors TBD. The Vendor shall be responsible for removing the existing carpet and cove base molding, Prep/clean/level areas and install new flooring/cove base. All work shall be guaranteed, materials shall be free from any defects, warping and cracking. All work must be completed during normal Business hours M-F, Date/Time TBD. The Procurement Officer is Wendy Bazemore, assisting the Maintenance Director.
