No bids will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Lakeville for five percent (5%) of the amount bid The Work will be final completed on or before April 19, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of the Owner.
