Description

Work is to remove the existing steam boilers in the VSU Boiler Plant and provide new gas fired condensing boilers to serve Odum Library and the Fine Arts Building. Additional scope includes the removal of the steam to HW converter and steam domestic hot water generator in the penthouse of the Student Union. This will be replaced by new electric boilers and electric water heaters.
