The work consists of the construction of 18 pickleball courts, parking lot, trails and other general site improvements with approximately the following quantities: · 26 Clear and Grub Trees · 800 LF of 15" - 24" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe · 290 LF of PVC Sanitary Sewer Service Pipe · 590 LF of 1" HDPE Directionally Drilled Water Service Pipe · 1,400 LF of 6" Drain Tile · 3,800 CY of Common Excavation · 4,700 CY of Select Granular Borrow · 3,500 TN of Aggregate Base · 7,650 SY of Geotextile Fabric · 1,700 TN of Bituminous Course Mixtures · 900 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter · 4,800 SF of Concrete Sidewalk & other Miscellaneous restoration items · 2500 LF Black Vinyl Chain Link Fencing · 1 Electrical Service · 2 Parking Lot Lights Along with additional site removals, landscaping, structures, fittings, erosion control, restoration, and related appurtenances. Each Bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond naming the City of Maple Grove as oblige, certified check payable to the Clerk of the City of Maple Grove or a cash deposit equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of the Bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the Bidder fails to enter into a Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
