RFP - Cottonwood Park Master Plan

The City of Billings is requesting proposals for Cottonwood park master plan, for the Parks, Recreation and Public Lands (PRPL) Department, Billings, Montana. Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The City of Billings is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Award of any contract may be contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
