An optional site visit will take place after the pre-bid for those interested. Bidders attending in person are required to wear a mask and are encouraged to limit attendees to (2) people per organization. The project has a 120-calendar day construction schedule from the construction initiation date. ALL BIDDERS are required to view the proposed project site area in order to familiarize themselves with the details of the area prior to submitting a bid. Drawings and specifications are available for VIEWING PURPOSES ONLY at the office of the CITY ENGINEER in Williston, (701) 577-6368. BIDDERS must obtain the bid documents directly from either Alliance Consulting or QuestCDN to be a registered bidder and receive addenda. Bidders obtaining copies of the documents from other sources do so at their own risk. Each bid is to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City auditor. The Bid Bond and Contractor's License Renewal Certificate shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope attached to the outside of the Bid Envelope. Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid. For each Bid, the outside of the envelope shall be marked with the date of the proposal, the name of the Bidder, and acknowledgment of any Addendums that were received. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold bids for a period not to exceed 50 days from said date of opening of bids.
