Partial Roof Replacements at Bret Harte Elementary School, James Johnson Elementary School, Thomas Paine Elementary School and Rosa International Middle School

The Work consists of the following: a. Bret Harte Elementary School - Demolition and re-roofing of approximately 5,275 SF. At areas indicated, completely remove existing roofing systems including but not limited to: all previous roof layers, insulation, flashings, cast stone copings, metal copings, metal facias, gravel stops, counterflashing, termination bars, wood blocking (where indicated), etc. down to the structural deck unless noted otherwise. b. James Johnson Elementary School - Demolition and re-roofing of approximately 10,695 SF. At areas indicated, completely remove existing roofing systems including but not limited to: all previous roof layers, insulation, flashings, cast stone copings, metal copings, metal fascias, gravel stops, counterflashing, termination bars, wood blocking (where indicated), etc. down to the structural deck unless noted otherwise. c. Thomas Paine Elementary School - Demolition and re-roofing of approximately 4,455 SF. At areas indicated, completely remove existing roofing systems including but not limited to: all previous roof layers, insulation, flashings, cast stone copings, metal copings, metal facias, gravel stops, counterflashing, termination bars, wood blocking (where indicated), etc. down to the structural deck unless noted otherwise. d. Rosa International Middle School - Demolition and re-roofing of approximately 6,805 SF. At areas indicated, completely remove existing roofing systems including but not limited to: all previous roof layers, insulation, flashings, cast stone copings, metal copings, metal facias, gravel stops, counterflashing, termination bars, wood blocking (where indicated), etc. down to the structural deck unless noted otherwise.
