Description

Provide materials, equipment and labor for the application of a 3/8" chip and seal and fog coat to roads as designated by TMV. Arizona Drive, Single Tree Way, Single Tree Ridge, Lawson Point, Adams Way, Double Eagle Way, Lone Fir Lane, Fairway Drive, Knoll Estates Drive, Eagle Drive, and Adams Ranch Road from North Star/Fairway Four to Double Eagle Drive. Approximately 25,380 sq. yds. of road surface will be included in the project. Prospective contractors will be responsible for measurement of the roads to be resurfaced and offer a bid price for the entire project. Application temperature must 55 F and rising. Roads must be swept clean of loose chips within 24hrs of an application. Cleaning and surface prep before application shall the responsibility of TMV. Fog coat application rate will be set once the embedment of the chips is checked. Traffic control shall be the responsibility of TMV
