Description

As of March 13, 2023, a design team has been identified. Construction is expected to be complete by end of December 2025. It is the intention of the City to solicit proposals for engineering and design services for the preliminary and detail design for the Pershing-Fulton Residential Neighborhood Reconstruction Project. This includes flood mitigation design, preparation of geometric layouts, construction plans for bidding, and construction support. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
