2021 Infrastructure Upgrades

The Base Bid for this project shall consist of the following work: * E. 5th Street parking lot: Construction of a new parking lot with approximately 2,880 square feet of asphalt pavement, pavement markings, and wheel stops. * Administration Building parking lot: Resurfacing of approximately 9,810 square feet and the construction of 420 square feet of additional pavement to the existing parking lot. * Oregon Avenue: Storm sewer improvements and resurfacing of approximately 3,500 square feet of roadway as well as curb removal/replacement Alternate 1: This project shall consist of the reconstruction of the water tower parking lot. The proposed work includes approximately 4,915 square feet of pavement and the replacement of an existing swing gate with a new cantilever slide gate. Alternate 2: This alternate shall consist of the installation and connection of a gate opener at the water tower parking lot to the newly installed cantilever slide gate.
