Forest Avenue Road Project

Removal of existing paving and subbase material and removal of a gravel shoulder area of a portion of Forest Avenue and then placement of compacted base material followed by placement of new bituminous surface and placement of new shoulder material and other incidental work located in Slocum Township, Luzerne Co. Approximately 390 Sq. YD of existing paving and subbase material at a depth of 9’ is to be removed and replaced with 390 SQ. YD of 2A subbase material at a depth of 6’ and topped with 390 SQ YD of bituminous paving at a depth of 3’. Approximately 78 SQ YD of gravel shoulder material at a depth of 6’ is to be removed and replaced with 78 SQ YD of 2A material at a depth of 6’.
