Ponderosa Fencing Project (Rebid)

**As of June 27, 2023, bids received were rejected.** Description of Project shall include but is not limited to: Provide and install perforated metal screening on existing ornamental fencing; provide and install ornamental in-fill fence panels at existing building archways; modifications to existing trellis to add metal deck roofing system; installation of gate hardware and site work as needed for ADA compliance Description of Project shall include but is not limited to: Installation of screening material at open trellis areas. Site work as needed for ADA compliance. Outside of Building B. Use any available parking space by small parking lot. District personnel will receive bids inside glass door under awning (this is also the entrance to the Board Room). Directional signage will be posted at the site. The successful prime contractor bidder must possess a valid and active B License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract.Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents. security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%)Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% Installation of perforated metal screening along existing ornamental fencing Installation of in-fill ornamental fence panels between existing building columns Installation of new gate hardware New metal deck roofing system on existing structure Replacement of existing chain link fencing and gates Various upgrades as needed for ADA compliance Please review plans & specification for full scope of work
