Roadway Surface Treatment Improvements

Work consists of the placement of a scrub seal surface treatment base layer on local roadways within the City of Tupelo as defined in the Contract Documents. The existing asphalt pavement will be cold milled by others in preparation for the placement of the scrub seal application to be installed by the contractor per the technical specifications. The base bid will include the work as defined for approximately 165,000 SF of existing roadway on Airpark Road from W. Main St. to W. Jackson St. Alternate No. 1 is proposed to include the work as defined for approximately 49,000 SF of existing roadway on Holly Hill Dr. from W. Jackson St. to Redbud Ln.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
