Olympia Park Shelter House Renovation

The scope of work includes selective demolition, full interior renovation on both levels, and replacement of windows and doors. This will require general construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors. The program includes: open assembly spaces, catering kitchen, restrooms, concession stand, and storage rooms. In addition to renovating the building, there will also be site work directly adjacent to the structure, which includes regrading, modifications to the driveway, sidewalks, landscaping, drain pipes, retaining walls, and fencing.
