Place of Performance is at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor is to construct a new addition to Bldg 32, Energy Center, to house a new generator. Construction will include tying into the existing fuel farm to provide fuel for the new generator; providing and installing multiple ATS switches for the new standby power system that is designed to back-up the central chilled water plant; and installation of DDC controls that are to tie into and integrate with the facilities existing Siemens Design building management system.
