The Fairfax County School Board (the "Owner") hereby invites qualified bidders who are properly licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia to submit bids for Rooftop Unit Replacements at Carson Middle School (the "Project"). The Project generally consists of removal of sixteen (16) packaged rooftop units and one (1) split AC system and replace such equipment with sixteen (16) new packaged rooftop units and one (1) split AC system at the specified location. The work includes all associated demolition rigging, piping, equipment, electrical equipment, controls, insulation, patching, painting and related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in the specifications to provide a complete and fully operational installation Angela C.
