Description

The proposed improvements include the construction of roadways/parking areas, picnic shelters, lightly-loaded Camper Services Building, and septic system expansions. This geotechnical study was performed to provide geotechnical engineering design criteria for planning, site development, pavements, foundation systems, and excavations for the Phase 3 improvements. This report includes a description of the subsurface conditions encountered in exploratory borings, geotechnical engineering recommendations for foundations and placement of fill, anticipated grading and excavation conditions, and other geotechnical related considerations.
