Question Cutoff Date: 10/27/2022 08:00 PM (ET) This Project has been estimated to cost approximately $400,000. UNLV is located in the city of Las Vegas and is emerging as a premier urban university. UNLV currently has over 220 undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degree granting programs and serves approximately 28,000 students. Additionally, there are approximately 3,000 faculty and staff. The University's 340-acre campus is located in the southeast part of the City, near the Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. The project consists of an interior tenant improvement to build-out a commercial kitchen at Blackfire Innovation at the Harry Reid Tech Park, Floor 4, Building One 8400 W. Sunset Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113. The work includes general construction, kitchen equipment, hoods and utility infrastructure for a complete commercial kitchen.
