Description | *THIS EVENT IS REPLACING EVENT 2403* The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision, management, financing, services, shop drawings, submittals, testing, and other items necessary for the proper execution and functioning and shall make all installations and connections necessary, specified, customary, or otherwise appropriate to perform fully and to complete in every respect the contract work generally described as follows: (Specification or drawing references included in the following statement of Subcontract work are applicable but not necessarily all inclusive Site Visit - Contact George Coman - 504-504-473-0222 or David Munson - 504-329-3038 Treme Recreational Center - 900 N Villere New Orleans, LA: Restroom Floor Repairs Provide Labor, Equipment and Materials. (4) Restrooms - (11' X 12') (11' X 12') (9' X 8'0 (9 X 8') VCT Flooring. Remove existing VCT Flooring, Glue underlayment and sand to concrete. Install new VCT flooring to match existing. Glue down. Vinyl Base. Remove existing vinyl base. Install new vinyl base to match existing. Remove all construction debris and dispose off site. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed. All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks to be supplied and installed by contractor. All trash and debris to be removed by contractor and hauled off. Do not use City dumpster. lean area when work is complete. Area to be ready for business use when finished. If any equipment is found to be defective it is to be identified to owner for approval of repair/replacement. All material shall conform to the latest issue of all applicable standards established by NEMA, and underwriters' laboratories, inc. and shall bear manufacturer ' s trade and brand name. All work shall be installed and completed with the latest rules and regulations of the ASME, NFPA,NEC and all State and local codes and standards and such work not so installed shall be removed and reinstalled at the Contractor ' s expense. Warranties on all furnished equipment and industry standards on parts and labor, all manufacturers' warranties should apply.
