Description

Disconnection, removal and replacement of an existing George Otto, commercial-steel, steam boiler with an existing output capacity of roughly 9,000 MBH. Two (2) new, cast-iron sectional boilers with modular burners will be installed and assembled on site to serve the existing school building(s), sized to match the current boiler capacity and reconnected to the existing steam distribution system and controls. A new condensate receiver and boiler circulation pump(s) will also be included for the new system. New boiler flues will reconnect to the existing boiler flue/stack along with modification and reuse of the existing combustion air intake louver.
