Indoor Air Quality Improvements at East Hartford Middle School

East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks a qualified licensed and experienced HVAC contractor to provide air conditioning (cooling) at the Middle School for approximately 45 classrooms. Qualified contractors will have extensive experience in installing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems in commercial building applications. This project also includes new electrical distribution systems to power the equipment. It is the intent to award this project to a single qualified contractor.
