1. Provide the Installation of a 1500-gallon grease trap in series with existing grease trap, which shall include the following: 1. Perform utility locate service; 2. Saw cut parking lot and remove asphalt; 3. Excavate to install 1500-gallon grease trap 4. Make final connections from existing trap to new trap and tie in to sewer main; 5. Install risers with manhole rings and covers to grade; and Back fill and tamp. 2. Replace existing 8" sewer main from manhole, which shall include the following: 1. Perform utility locate services; 2. Saw cut parking lot from manhole to lift station; 3. Install new 8" PVC sewer main with proper slope/ fall to insure 4. proper flow and drainage to accommodate new grease trap; 5. Make final connections at manhole and lift station tank; and 6. Back fill and tamp excavation back to grade for asphalt repairs by others. 3. Replace 4" sewer line from fitness center side of senior center to 8" sewer main, which shall include the following: Perform utility locate services; Saw cut necessary portion of parking lot to replace sewer line to tie into the 8" sewer main; Install new 4" PVC sewer line; Install 4" clean out at the building and every 80" till it ties into the main per code; and Back fill and tamp excavation grass area to grade and in the parking lot to asphalt repair depth (4").
