Description

30,000 gallons CRS-2 Emulsion and CRS-2PM Emulsion (more or less), 20,000 gallons of LBM Oil (more or less) to produce FB Modified. All emulsions must meet PennDOT specifications. Pug Mill w/ Operator capable of producing 200 tons per hr. and capable of being calibrated and Certified by PENNDOT.
