Description

Fire Station #3, 1105 Central St Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave Remove & replace existing ground mounted air cooled condensing unit, replace existing DX cooling coil in existing air handling unit, replace associated refrigeration piping & accessories. Provide alternate price for upgrading existing BAS system to Schneider Electric Ecostruxture control system at Fire Station #3. Remove & replace two existing 50 ton rooftop air conditioning units, upgrade existing BAS system to Schneider Electric Ecostruxture control system, and install two air door units above the main entry doors at the vestibule of the Levy Senior Center. Both buildings are to be included under a single contract and are to be bid together.
