Description

The project includes constructing a new sidewalk and barrier free ramps at five (5) locations. Three (3) of the sites are included as part of the base bid, while two (2) of the sites are included as Additive Alternative Bids. The improvements include minor grading, adjustments to various appurtenances, and site preparation. A description of the site locations and approximate length of sidewalk is described below: LD Lockett Reatta (Base Bid)-1,800 LF, Cheek Sparger and Bedford (Base Bid)-800 LF, Thompson Terrace (Base Bid)-550 LF, Bandit Trail (Additive Alternate Bid)-850 LF, Bluebonnet (Additive Alternate Bid)-1,100 LF.
