Description

The contractor shall provide the contract management, labor, tools, equipment and expertise necessary to maintain the heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, solar and lighting components throughout the interior and exterior of the PAO and PGMB. This service contract is intended for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The Provo Area Office is located at 302 East 1860 South, Provo, Utah 84606 and the new Pleasant Grove Maintenance Building is located at 315 West 1100 North Street Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062.
