CLIN 1, consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to renovate/repair facility 35420, work includes replacement of interior lighting, add electric motors to garage doors, interior/exterior building modifications, installation of rotary type air compressor with sound mitigation, facility additions and provide a 20 X 20 air-conditioned office as per the Drawings, and Specifications , CLIN 1 pricing shall not include pricing for the additive CLINS, see bid schedule for description of work included in each separately priced additive CLINS 3 4 5 and 6. A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-fixed Price Construction Contract for the Space Launch Delta 45 , Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. B. NAICS CODE: 236220: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M. C. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). D. The duration of this contract will be 175 days (includes 25 non-access days) from Notice to Proceed E. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A HUBZone SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
