Description

BASE BID I – Wainwright Park – Phase I Consist of the demolition of existing infrastructure such as fences, sidewalks and earthwork. The improvements consist of but not limited to the following; new sidewalks within the property, rockwall around the proposed playground, irrigation with a pump house, installation of trees, shrubs, benches, trash receptacles and the resurfacing and stripping of the existing sports court. BASE BID II – North East Basin Linear Park Consist of the demolition of existing asphalt and the installation of a new hike and bike trail, curb and gutter, new irrigation system and the installation of trees, shrubs, benches and trash receptacles.
