The Town of Plymouth's Energy Commission is soliciting qualification-based proposals (RFQs) for a firm to assist the municipality in tasks related to the design, financing, and installation of a photovoltaics Solar Project on town qualified land to offset the town's municipal buildings energy needs. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
