| Description | To provide design-build services for the complete design and installation of new rooftop solar PVC panels with all necessary accoutrements needed to make the system complete and operational in accordance with all applicable laws, permits, codes and standards for certified solar photovoltaic energy generation systems in the District of Columbia. It is the intent to install the solar panels in a manner that will maximize the annual kWh production, Solar Renewable Energy Credits (for student scholarships) and provide for convenient maintenance. The work is located on the newly installed roofs of Building’s #32, #42, and #38 at 4200 Connecticut Avenue. |
