Description

To provide general landscape contracting pre-construction and construction services for maintenance, repair, minor and major new construction services, including minor associated incidental design services, for a broad range of City landscape-related projects. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials as required to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and plans required for the JOC. As requirements develop, RFPs for job orders will be issued. Job Orders will be negotiated to obtain a fair and reasonable price.
