Campus Restrooms Remodel

Restroom upgrade and remodel to the older buildings on campus. New finishes, fixtures, lighting and ceilings. HVAC and fire sprinkler modifications as needed. This project consists of a base bid and 4 alternates. The base bid in the GT building is to be done in two phases, so there are only two floors of restrooms shutdown at any one time. BASE BID: Phase 01 - Restrooms GT 3rd and 5th Floors - GT 300D, 330F, 526 and 527 Phase 02 - Restrooms GT 4th and 6th Floors - GT 400D, 400E, 600C and 600D ALTERNATES: If alternates are accepted they can be run simultaneously with the base bid. The BA will be done in phases similar to GT in order to not shut down all the restrooms one building at the same time.
