| Description | 1. Window Cleaning Services at least four (4) individual City buildings for a three-year term. The Vendor will provide all necessary equipment; and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. 2. The Contractor will charge the City for the work performed unless otherwise instructed by the City. The Contractor shall maintain his/her rates for all costs for a period of three (3) years.
