The Construction Manager shall provide deferred maintenance, renovations and repairs to school facilities including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof repair, upgrades to the intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC system, electrical switch gear, lighting replacement (interior and exterior), paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, plumbing work, bathroom replacements, ceiling and flooring replacements, interior finishes/painting/casework, and other Work as may be required by the Owner.
