Description

This project includes replacement of the cooling towers and re-roofing of the sally-port at the Volusia County Courthouse, located at 101 N. Alabama Avenue, Deland FL 32724. The project includes: 1. Installation of a temporary cooling tower system to maintain HVAC functions at the Courthouse 2. Removal/ demolition of the existing two cooling towers 3. Installation of the two new cooling towers 4. Demolition of the roof over the sally-port. 5. Installation of the roof over the sally-port.
