| Description | Bids for High and East Street Traffic Signal The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for High and East Street Traffic Signal. Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Service Department and available on Bid Express, for use by the prospective bidder. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects. A digital ID will be required for the bidder to submit an electronic proposals. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. City of Springfield Contact: Joni Hagie jhagie@springfieldohio.gov Said work shall be subjected to the prevailing rate of wages as established by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents. |
