| Description | The major work will consist of the removal and replacement of paving and underground utilities, and the construction/installation of drainage improvements along Zoo Creek in Forest Park directly southwest of the intersection at McCart Avenue and Park Hill Drive. Improvements will consist approximately of the following: 1. Site demolition, excavation, grading, utility installation, paving, fencing 2. Installation of 530 LF of SDR - 26 24 in. DIP Water Pipe (City Main) 3. Removal of 241 LF of SDR-26 8 in. sewer line and a 4 ft. sewer manhole 4. Installation of 706 LF of 8 in. sewer line and a 4 ft. sewer manhole 5. Removal of existing drainage structures and storm drain lines 6. Construction and Installation (along a creek) of drainage structures 7. Construction of a 4,846 SF (face feet) of 2 ft. wide detention wall (height varies) 8. Installation of floodgates within the detention wall 9. Removal of existing vegetation, fencing, and paving 10. Construction of concrete vehicular paving 11. Construction of concrete pedestrian paving 12. Installation of aluminum and steel security fencing 13. Installation of landscape materials. | ||||||
