Lift Station Rehab at Cracker Trail Elementary

Mobilization to job site. Pump wet well down and plug off wet well. Remove existing pipe, pump bases and rails. Have pump truck clean out wet well of all grease and debris, thoroughly clean. Install (2) new 3” base elbows and anchor to wet well floor, all hardware shall be stainless steel. Install new 3” schedule 80 pvc pipe and fittings for discharge pipe in wet well Excavate between wet well and valve pit and remove existing 4” iron pipe. Install new 3” schedule 80 pvc from wet well to valve pit, utilize existing 6” pipe as a sleeve Remove existing pipe, valves and fittings in valve pit. Install new brass check valves, gate valves and new 3” schedule 80 pvc pipe and fittings. Tie-in to existing discharge pip. Install (4) new stainless steel guide rails, (2 each pump base) and (2) new upper guide rail brackets, (1 for each rail system). Install (2) new Myers 3RH50M2-23 5hp pumps, 230 volt 3 phase with guide rail adapters, lifting bails, and stainless-steel lifting chain. Provide (1) extra new Myers 3RH50M2-23 5hp pump, (230 volt 3 phase). Delivered to School Board warehouse at 2120 E.O. Douglas Ave., Sebring, FL 33870. Install new floats necessary to make a complete operational system Apply SewperCoat, calcium aluminate, to rehab structural integrity to existing wet well Remove plug test pumps for proper operations
