Chiller Repair at Sandoval Elementary School

Provide all labor and material to repair Chiller as follows: Reclaim the existing refrigerant, Disconnect and remove an 18' section of the existing condenser coil, Install one new 18 ' section of condenser coil, Pipe the new condenser coil, Perform a leak check, Pull a vacuum, Charge with the existing reclaimed refrigerant and add an additional 100 pounds of new R22, Disconnect and remove an 20' section of the existing condenser coil, Install one new 20 ' section of condenser coil, Pipe the new condenser coil, Perform a leak check, pull a vacuum, Charge with the existing reclaimed refrigerant and add an additional 100 pounds of new R22, Disconnect and remove four existing condenser motors and fan blades, Install four new condenser motors with new fan blades (2 for circuit #1 and 2 for circuit #2), Wire the new condenser motors, Check for proper operation when complete – chiller should be fully functioning upon completion
