Contractor will provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for loading four (4) Culvert Valve Bulkheads, transporting them to offsite facility, inspecting them, rehabilitating them, and then transporting them back to Willow Locks and Dam. Each Culvert Valve Bulkhead weighs approximately 15,000 lbs. |
