*As of August 2, 2022, an apparent low bidder has been identified, however, a general contractor has not been awarded. PIN 581450, FA Proj YS30-5814-503, Chautauqua Co., RESURFACE, ADD CENTER TURN LANE, IMPROVE DRAINAGE, NY Route 60 from NY Route 83 to US Route 20, Town of Pomfret, Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) The proposed project includes widening NY Route 60 to accommodate a center, two-way left-turn lane between NY Route 83 and US Route 20. Roadside work will re-establish the existing drainage ditches and pipes to accommodate the widening. The sidewalk along NY Route 60 southbound at the roundabout with U.S. Route 20 will be extended to McAllister Road. Additionally, a culvert south of NY Route 83 on NY Route 60 will be replaced. The entire project area will be repaved. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
