Creekside Park and Garin Park Restrooms - City of Brentwood

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Brentwood, California. Working plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. This project will construct fully operational restrooms at Garin Park and Creekside Park. Garin Park has sports fields used by various programs and contains a highly utilized playground area that is adjacent to a school site. Creekside Park is adjacent to the Marsh Creek Trail, has tennis courts and pickle ball courts used by various programs, and is a destination park for many users. Both of these park sites meet the criteria for needing restrooms. Project is included in the City of Brentwood's FY 2022/23 - FY 2026/27 CIP. Per the owner, as of June 28, 2022, a general contractor has been selected. The owner states that construction for the pre-fab restrooms is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
