Design-Build Package A: Replacement of four escalators at two locations (two at Dekalb Ave Station and two at 161st Street Station) and state of good repair work in the Boroughs of Bronx and Brooklyn (Construction Contract E-30643). The contract duration for Package No. 1 is 39 months (3 months of Pre-Construction, 30 months of Construction, and 6 months of Closeout). Design-Build Package B: Replacement of 18 escalators at 7 locations (Whitehall Street - South Ferry, 145 Street, Smith- 9 Streets, 5 Avenue / 53 Street, Parkchester (ADA), and 59th Street (ADA), and 59th Street / 5th Ave Stations) and state of good repair work in the Boroughs of Bronx and Brooklyn (Construction Contract E-30641). The contract duration for Package No. 2 is 64 months (6 months of Pre-Construction, 52 months of Construction including 4 months for Design-Build document preparation, 6 months for Procurement process, and 6 months of Closeout).
