Masonry and Front Entrance Repairs at Roosevelt Elementary School

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, select exterior envelope (masonry) repairs and front entrance upgrades on the 1925 original building of Roosevelt Elementary School. Front entrance upgrades include repairing the stairs / stoop (inclusive of handrails), repainting the wood columns / entrance overhang, and adding a new handicap accessible ramp. Exterior envelope repairs include masonry restoration, exterior wood trim repainting, window opening lintel repairs, and exterior window / door replacements (north facade, basement).
