The contractor shall furnish all required services (lawn and maintenance). Please see below for list of services to be completed. Cut all grass in designated areas at height no higher than 2 inches on Coast Guard base and across A1A around basketball court, volleyball court and pavilion to the road edge to buoy yard fence line and lighthouse on navy base every week between April and October and every two weeks between November and March. All paper/trash will be picked up before mower passes over items. All debris generated from lawn/plant/flower bed maintenance will be raked and bagged before being placed in Base dumpster.
