ABIA Detention Pond

The scope of this project is to make repairs using an approved design to both the North and South ponds, with repairs consisting of replacement and stabilization of interior walls as well as sink hole repairs and provision of ramped vehicle access for the south pond. The north pond will have the interior wall stabilized and removed to provide “stacked” water quality and detention. Work requires demolition and new work for both ponds as well as features of work including but not limited to: stormwater pumping, grading, Class B backfill, stone wall repair, chain link fencing, access ramp construction, permanent turf reinforcement mat, turf establishment, and concrete form work and placement.
