Description The project will include reconstruction of the east side/northbound lanes, and will accommodate the three (3) lane cross-section, and bicycle lane, and sidewalk, by encroaching into the existing median as shown on the plans. Reconstruction of the roadway will include primarily milling and resurfacing of the existing roadway, along the east side, and reconstruction to accommodate construction of a new 6-ft. sidewalk. The existing landscaped median will be reconstructed to accommodate the travel lanes and proposed sidewalk, and the other work will include roadway lighting modifications; modifications to existing traffic signalized locations; and inclusion of bicycle lanes (northbound only)
