Queen City Jumper Sewer Line (A19-0149 2019.006.001)

Water and Sanitary Sewer improvements along 21st Avenue, Queen City Avenue, 8th Street, 9th Street, and Paul West Bryant Drive and 8th Street Streetscape, which includes new roadway, parking bays, sidewalks, etc. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: approximately 4,900 l.f. (8” - 24”) sanitary sewer main and laterals at depths of 6’ to 28’, 2,200 l.f. (4” - 12”) water main, 1,100 l.f. water service, 500 l.f. storm drain, 2,000 l.f. curb and gutter and curb, 850 s.y. concrete sidewalk, 1,300 s.y. concrete pavement, 1,400 s.y. asphalt pavement, 15,000 s.y. wearing surface, miscellaneous utility conduit improvements for future lighting, and irrigation.
