Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools & mobilization for a raised boardwalk, bulkhead. The project scope of work generally includes: sediment & erosion control, earthwork, site work, construction of 359 sf composite decking Boardwalk on driven piles with TSYP structure and aluminum safety fence; construction of 825 sf composite decking Deck on driven piles with TSYP structure; construction of 225 sf Pier on drive piles with TSYP structure; installation of (1) aluminum gangway, (2) aluminum floating dock with ADA Kayak launch, miscellaneous site furnishings and aquatic plantings

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
